Since opening our doors in 1980, we’ve kept our recipes simple and homemade. No tricks, no frills. And, just like Abuelita, we don’t cut corners in our kitchen. Most everything we serve is made from scratch, including our salsa, menudo, and beans.

 Our tortillas are made fresh daily, we use safflower oil when needed, and we’re proud to use U.S.D.A Prime Certified Angus Beef. We may be old school, but we never sacrifice on quality, quantity, or flavor.
